Workspace Platform Terms

1. Platform Billing & Workspaces
TrueStele bills upfront on an annual cycle, matching local country data compliance audit returns. Platform fees are scoped directly to the number of active client workspaces configured under your firm's administrative console.
2. Professional Responsibility
TrueStele is an institutional workspace utility that automates data aggregation, control mapping checklists, and report formatting. TrueStele does not replace professional auditing evaluation or legal opinions. The subscribing auditing firm holds ultimate legal responsibility for the accuracy of all regulatory filings.
3. Service Level & Defensibility
TrueStele commits to a 99.9% database availability SLA to ensure auditors can access evidence repositories, remediate open gaps, and generate report filing PDF files under regulatory inquiry deadlines.
